About Momentum Life Sciences

Momentum Life Sciences focuses on helping healthcare organizations strengthen how they connect with people, encourage participation in care, and improve health engagement. By blending authentic human interaction with practical technology, the company creates solutions aimed at better health results and stronger business performance.

With more than 30 years in the healthcare sector, Momentum is recognized for patient and healthcare professional engagement programs. The company works alongside life sciences organizations to create and run patient support initiatives that help individuals begin therapy successfully and remain on treatment longer. Its patient engagement and Clinical Nurse Educator platform combines tailored, evidence-based digital and human support.

Role Overview

The Contract Recruiter will work closely with Momentum's recruitment team to communicate the company's mission, values, and patient empowerment approach in a clear and persuasive way. This position will support hiring for new clinical educator networks.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruiting support for the clinical educator network project, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and interviewing applicants. You will also coordinate second-round interviews when needed and begin the contracting process for the strongest candidates.

You will keep candidate records updated in the applicant tracking system, monitor progress through each stage of hiring, and prepare internal tracking documentation tied to recruitment activity.

In addition, you will collaborate with business teams to identify geographic coverage gaps and staffing needs, then help develop practical solutions to address talent shortages proactively.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally within pharma, biotech, or clinician recruitment. Strong familiarity with candidate sourcing platforms and a modern applicant tracking system is important. Success in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting with short turnaround times is also expected.

You should bring project management ability, analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication, and a team-oriented, solutions-focused mindset. The role also calls for adaptability, flexibility, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong attention to detail, solid organization and reporting skills, and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
