A boutique builder is seeking a Contract Administrator to support projects across commercial, mixed-use, and residential sectors in Victoria. Key responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor packages, including issuing and reviewing them as needed.

- Monitor project spending and compare it with the approved budget.
- Prepare and submit progress claims.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant will bring more than 2 years of experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder or high-end residential builder. Experience working with a main contractor is essential. Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to contribute effectively in a team-focused environment are also important.
