Role Overview
In this consulting role, you will collaborate with talented colleagues on demanding assignments that influence businesses, public institutions, and society. The work is intellectually challenging, varies by client and project, and is often carried out on client sites. Depending on the engagement, you may also travel internationally.
Whether you are beginning your career after school or bringing several years of experience, you can expect exposure to a wide variety of clients and problem statements. Assignments may range from shaping integration plans for a pharmaceutical merger to supporting sustainable farming initiatives in emerging markets. As you progress, you may develop deeper specialization in one or more practice areas, with support from BCG mentors and structured learning programs tailored to your growth.
