About the Location

The role is based at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, a beachfront urban retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital and business district. The hotel offers modern grandeur, sea views, and a refreshed atmosphere while staying connected to its Qatari heritage. Opened in April 2005, the property includes 237 rooms, 20 unbranded townhouse villas, 10 food and beverage venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, large banqueting and outside catering operations, five pools, a private beach, a fitness center, and a spa and wellness center with hydrotherapy facilities such as an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room, and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel underwent a major renovation in 2019 and reopened in March 2020.

Role Overview

The Concierge Agent is responsible for supporting a smooth and personalized guest journey, ensuring service quality from arrival through departure. This includes close coordination with different departments, handling guest needs efficiently, and helping create a welcoming and memorable stay.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with multiple departments to deliver attentive, personalized service throughout the guest experience.
  • Greet, identify, and assist guests on arrival and departure while maintaining smooth check-in and check-out procedures according to brand standards.
  • Address guest questions, complaints, requests, and special needs with professionalism and prompt follow-up to support strong satisfaction levels.
  • Review daily arrivals, welcome amenities, room allocations, and guest recognition arrangements to ensure everything is ready in advance.
  • Maintain clear communication and cooperative relationships with colleagues across all departments while following company rules, standards, and procedures.
  • Carry out cashiering duties such as cash handling, foreign currency exchange, bank balancing, and accurate transaction reconciliation.
  • Support revenue growth through upselling, promoting hotel facilities and services, and engaging guests while gathering feedback for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree is preferred, ideally in hotel and restaurant management.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working as a Guest Relations Agent.
  • Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
