About the Role
The Communications and Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for building communication capability, strengthening presentation and language skills, and supporting new hires and BAU teams through structured learning interventions. This position is based in New Delhi and requires an onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview candidates for new hire batches and support the onboarding process.
- Deliver cultural orientation and soft skills sessions for new joiners.
- Train on email etiquette, call handling structure, and American workplace culture.
- Create engaging PowerPoint material focused on soft skill development.
- Track learner performance on a daily basis and provide feedback and coaching to bottom performers.
- Present VNA training modules to clients and support training-related discussions.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for new hires, BAU associates, OJT associates, and BQ associates.
- Run NHT batches and handle VNA trainer-related training activities.
- Train learners on grammar, vowel and consonant sounds, IPA, syllable stress, intonation, sentence formation, parts of speech, sound correction, accent neutralization, and articulation.
Requirements
- Candidate should be a graduate or undergraduate; graduation is not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.
- Strong understanding of instructional design concepts.
- Comfortable working with varied learner groups.
- Prior experience delivering online training sessions is needed.
- Certification in a relevant training area is preferred.
- Good knowledge of adult learning principles.
- This is an onsite role.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational weekly off.

Salary is listed at INR 6,00,000 to 7,50,000 per year.
