Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Cloud Specialist position in Abu Dhabi for candidates who can join immediately. The role focuses on building, supporting, and improving cloud infrastructure while keeping systems dependable, secure, and high-performing. You will work closely with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure cloud solutions match both business goals and technical needs.

Key Duties

• Plan, deploy, and maintain cloud environments and related services.
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure with attention to networking, storage, security, and automation.
• Connect cloud platforms with on-premises systems and other integrations.
• Support software engineering teams with cloud-native architectures, tools, APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
• Continuously monitor cloud resources, investigate issues, and resolve technical problems.
• Improve cloud performance, reliability, and operational efficiency through ongoing optimization.
• Record system configurations, operating practices, and support procedures for future reference.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business expectations.

Required Background

• At least 4 years of experience in cloud-related work is required.
• Practical knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their native services.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure planning and administration, including networking, storage, security, and automation.
• Experience supporting software development and integration work, including APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting ability for cloud systems, applications, and connected services.
• Ability to work effectively with people across technical and non-technical functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
• Valid passport is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
