Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary

This role is for a hands-on cleaning and housekeeping supervisor who can direct daily site cleanliness activities, uphold service standards, and keep the team working efficiently. The position focuses on team oversight, process control, safety compliance, and maintaining a consistently high level of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning staff on a day-to-day basis and allocate duties for each shift.
• Track cleaning schedules and recurring maintenance plans to make sure work is completed as planned.
• Inspect areas regularly, verify quality standards, and correct any shortfalls promptly.
• Maintain sufficient stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, and arrange replenishment when needed.
• Coach team members on correct cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals and tools.

• Enforce occupational health and safety rules across all cleaning activities.
• Compile regular updates on team output, operational requirements, and service quality.
