PsicoVida | Centro de Bienestar y Atención Psicológica is seeking a full-time, remote Chief Experience Officer to lead the end-to-end client experience across every digital and service interaction. This position is focused on building a seamless, client-first journey that reflects the organization’s standards for care, communication, and service quality.

The CXO will work closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to design and strengthen client journeys, uncover friction points, and launch initiatives that improve satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
