Overview

TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Chat Support Agent for its Dubai-based e-commerce operations. This is an on-site role focused on customer communication, case handling, and support coordination across multiple digital channels. The assignment is for 12 months and can be extended. Key Responsibilities

  • Reply to customer questions promptly and professionally through email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Address concerns related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Share clear and correct details about products, offers, and company rules.
  • Log, track, and update cases in CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Work with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to close customer issues efficiently.
