Cabin Crew Opportunities – Dubai Based, Relocation Provided

Role overview

We are seeking cabin crew members who can bring warmth, adaptability, and a calm presence to every journey. In this role, you will be the first point of support for customers onboard, helping them with guidance, comfort, and service throughout the flight.

This position goes far beyond traditional hospitality. Safety, service standards, aircraft procedures, and security awareness are central to the job, and you will be trained at a world-class facility in Dubai to handle these responsibilities with confidence.

What the role involves

• Act as a helpful, approachable representative for passengers throughout the journey.
• Provide attentive customer support while working with travelers from many backgrounds and cultures.
• Take charge of onboard service delivery while keeping safety and security procedures front and center.
• Respond confidently to operational needs and help manage the cabin environment professionally.
• Maintain a polished, solution-focused, and culturally aware approach in a demanding schedule.

Qualifications and experience

• More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a team are important.
• Minimum education level: high school completion (Grade 12).
• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• You must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes for access to emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos are allowed while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
• Candidates must be based in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Pay and benefits

• Compensation is made up of three parts: fixed monthly base pay, hourly flying pay, and overseas meal allowance.
• Base salary: AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flight hours per month.
• Average total monthly pay: AED 11,244, approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280.
• The figures above are approximate and refer to Grade II (Economy Class).
• Meal allowances for night stops are added to salary in the following month.
• Company-provided hotel accommodation and airport transportation are included.
