Role Overview

Casini is looking for a permanent, commission-based Business Development Representative in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role supports commercial growth across South Africa and the broader Southern African region by identifying and onboarding iGaming operators, betting brands, and platform partners active in or targeting these markets.

In this position, you will serve as Casini’s local commercial contact, helping establish durable partnerships and creating new revenue opportunities in one of Africa’s most established and competitive online gaming environments. The role is fully remote and performance-led, making it well suited to a self-directed professional with strong local market insight and existing industry relationships.

Responsibilities

The role involves building market presence, opening new commercial conversations, and moving prospects through the pipeline until they are ready for partnership discussions.

  • Research and approach licensed or internationally operating betting and gaming businesses targeting South Africa and the wider Southern African region.
  • Develop and maintain connections with sportsbook operators, casino brands, aggregators, and platform providers across the region.
