Role Overview

This Business Analyst position involves gathering, shaping, and clarifying business and system requirements. Your analytical approach, initiative, and ability to work with stakeholders will support the development team in turning user needs into detailed specifications. The role is based in Dublin and follows an onsite working arrangement.

Required Skills and Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in a business analyst position, alongside at least 8 years of total technical background
• Strong data analysis exposure, including familiarity with data dictionaries and data mapping
• Hands-on SQL experience
• A strong data-centric mindset
• Experience working with databases
• Background in financial services or investment banking

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand their needs, assess issues, and document requirements
• Work with the development team to convert requirements into clear, executable specifications
• Build a strong understanding of the business area and technical environment

What’s Offered

• Contract length of 6 to 12 months on a daily-rate basis, with a strong chance of renewal
• Up to €600 per day
