Role overview

Coco di Mama is looking for a Brand & Menu Executive to join its marketing function on a one-year fixed-term basis. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and is based in Central London with a hybrid pattern of 3 to 4 days a week in the office.

This is a hands-on position that blends brand marketing with menu and product support. It suits someone who enjoys moving quickly, has strong attention to detail, and is excited by food, content, and ideas that reach customers across multiple channels.

About Coco di Mama

Coco di Mama is a fast-growing Italian food-to-go brand in the UK, on course to become a £65 million+ sales business in the coming year. The brand began 15 years ago as a small pasta shop in London serving fresh Italian food to busy city workers. It now operates across stores, delivery, catering, travel hubs, and retail, reaching customers in 2,750 locations around the UK.

The company’s aim is to give customers an everyday upgrade: Italian food that is fast, full of flavour, good value, and suitable for everyday eating. The business is built around creativity, speed, and ambition, with teams across food, marketing, and operations working closely together to bring ideas to life. Its values are Care, Can Do, Collaborative, Driven by Impact, and Empowered by Trust. The business also places importance on sustainability, with priorities that include creating opportunities for teams and communities, building a healthier-by-design menu, and reaching Net Zero by 2040.

What the role involves

You will help keep campaigns, social content, menu support, and day-to-day brand activity moving smoothly. The role covers a wide mix of tasks, from customer communications and website updates to food trend research, photoshoot support, and organising food safaris. No two weeks will be the same.

Marketing support

  • Deliver the CRM plan and contribute to learning and optimisation efforts.
  • Help plan and roll out content across delivery, store, and retail channels.
  • Update and maintain website pages and other site content as needed.
  • Gather trends, ideas, and inspiration to inform marketing and menu work.

Social media

  • Create appealing content for social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Support the building and delivery of the social media calendar.
  • Monitor food trends, digital trends, and competitor activity.
  • Reply to comments and engage with relevant posts online.

Menu and product support

  • Support the Food & Drink Development Manager with menu-related work.
  • Manage the development kitchen sample library and coordinate supplier samples in advance of food shows.
  • Help with basic food preparation for food show activity.
  • Organise samples for photoshoots and assist the food stylist on shoot days.
  • Plan and arrange three annual food safaris, including research, bookings, itineraries, and post-trip learnings.
  • Contribute food trend summaries from TikTok, Instagram, and trend reports to menu briefs.
  • Help produce training cards for new dishes.

General support

  • Keep projects well organised, moving forward, and delivered to a high standard.
  • Be ready to step in wherever needed and take a practical, can-do approach.

What success looks like

This role is a strong fit for someone who is creative, highly organised, quick to learn, and comfortable working across several projects at once. You should be genuinely interested in food, confident with social content, proactive in your approach, and calm under pressure.

Package and benefits

  • Salary of £30,000.
  • One-year fixed-term contract.
  • 10% bonus, split between company performance and personal objectives.
  • Pension scheme.
  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Free coffee and food at Coco di Mama.
  • 50% discount across Azzurri Group brands, including Zizzi, Ask, Daves Hot Chicken, and Boojum.
  • Opportunity to develop within a fun, supportive, ambitious team, with a 70% internal promotion rate.

Application requirements

Applicants must send a CV together with a cover letter. The cover letter should explain why you want to work for Coco di Mama, why you are a strong fit for the role, and share three food or social media trends that are especially relevant to the brand.

A degree-level qualification is required. Experience in hospitality, marketing, or food would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
