• Build and execute sales plans that help the branch meet targets across agent count, productivity, new premium, and business persistency.
• Improve the output of the field team by managing people effectively and encouraging performance.
• Support high persistency levels so the branch can meet and sustain its business objectives.
• Create and maintain a financially disciplined environment within the branch to keep revenue under control.
• Drive full compliance across branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and better productivity.
• Lead sales promotion efforts to help the branch achieve its business goals.
• Share suggestions for product and process improvements that can raise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee branch administration so operations remain smooth, effective, and economical.
