Role Overview
This position is for a BIM Manager focused on real estate development. The role sits within a major construction and property development environment that delivers large high-rise residential projects.
What You Will Do
- Create, roll out, and continuously improve BIM standards, workflows, and BIM Execution Plans, ensuring they align with ISO 19650, company policies, and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate BIM efforts across architecture, structure, MEP, and specialist teams, including model federation, clash identification, and resolution of design issues.
- Manage BIM outputs, common data environment processes, and information sharing, while using BIM-led tools to support construction sequencing, planning, and execution.
- Track model accuracy and project progress, perform model reviews and audits, and produce BIM status reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations to support delivery.
- Guide and develop BIM staff, work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, and promote digital construction practices and BIM excellence across the business.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for a professional with a background in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a similar discipline, along with deep hands-on BIM experience and leadership capability.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Compensation is offered according to the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The client is a leading construction and real estate development company known for delivering major high-rise residential developments.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related field is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in BIM, design coordination, or digital construction is needed.
- At least 3 to 5 years should be in a BIM leadership or management position.
- Proven ability in clash detection, model coordination, and preparation of BIM execution plans is essential.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary BIM teams on large construction projects is required.
- A strong grasp of construction methods, project delivery workflows, and digital processes is important.
