A progressive consultancy is looking for a Bid Writer to join their expanding team. This position is ideal for a bid writer with at least 18 months of experience, possessing a strategic outlook, a thorough grasp of the bidding process, and a dedication to crafting persuasive, client-centric content. Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, client-focused content for intricate bids and proposals.
• Partner with bid managers and subject matter experts to formulate successful strategies.
• Conduct research and gather supporting evidence for proposal content.
• Edit and proofread submissions to ensure high quality.
• Guide and mentor junior members of the bid team.
• Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions and strategy discussions.
• Ensure adherence to Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements and timelines.
• Transform complex technical information into easily understandable and engaging text.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

• A minimum of 18 months of experience in bid writing.
• Strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of the bidding lifecycle.
• Ability to produce compelling, client-focused content.
• Experience in professional services or compliance is advantageous.
