About the Role

You will report to the EMEA Regional Benefits Manager and contribute to the design, rollout, and ongoing management of benefit offerings across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep plans aligned with regulations and company policy.
  • Drive the rollout of new programmes and manage projects related to changes in plan design.
  • Review programme usage, spot patterns, and suggest improvements to increase impact and effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of communications related to benefits, retirement, and wellbeing.
  • Write and edit content with strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading standards.
  • Apply communication principles such as messaging, tone, brand alignment, and channel tactics.
  • Structure information clearly, ensure completeness, and keep documents current.
  • Follow internal procedures and apply policies in line with applicable government laws.
  • Assist with benefits operations such as renewals, survey participation, and escalation of second-level benefit queries.
  • Help prepare business cases for benefits implementation across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including market benchmarking, legal research, and cost estimates.
  • Provide service and support to employees, internal teams, and external partners.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing benefits and retirement plans within a multinational or global organisation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience handling confidential information securely.
  • Background in working with outsourced vendors.
  • Negotiation experience and the ability to build constructive relationships with works councils and unions.
  • Exposure to merger, acquisition, or divestiture due diligence and integration work.
  • Experience using project management tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
  • Strong written communication skills, including editing and document quality control.
  • Ability to organise content logically and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.

  • Working knowledge of EMEA benefits legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Comfort with statistics and interpreting market trends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across internal and external groups.
  • Advanced Excel capability.
