Key duties

• Direct vehicle flow at the hotel entrance and exit while greeting guests in a friendly, informative manner.
• Provide visitors with parking instructions and helpful local guidance, such as directions to attractions and major roads.
• Assist guests with luggage handling when needed.
• Explain room features to arriving guests.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail and parcels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby area.

Candidate profile

The role calls for someone with a natural instinct for customer care, strong interpersonal manners, and the ability to stay active throughout long shifts. A valid driver’s licence is required, along with the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle. The employer also expects fluent communication in both French and English. Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.

Compensation and benefits
