Role Overview

This position is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning and cost estimation function. The role requires ownership of project schedules, budget control, risk tracking, and reporting so that delivery stays aligned with the defined scope, time line, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of planning and scheduling across projects.
• Build budgets and keep a close watch on actual spending versus estimates.
• Spot project risks early and put mitigation steps in place.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support reporting and resource planning.
• Prepare detailed progress updates and presentation material for management review.

Requirements

• A B.E. in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Applicants should bring at least 10 years of experience in project and construction planning, ideally within real estate or infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of project management software and tools is important for this role.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization are eligible to apply, with preference for those meeting the civil engineering and experience requirements mentioned above.
