Artisan Baker

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled artisan baker to become part of a creative kitchen team in Goa. This position is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about baking, enjoys working by hand with dough and pastry, and takes pride in producing high-quality breads and desserts.

This is a hands-on craft-focused role rather than a mass-production bakery job. The right candidate will be someone who values experimentation, continuous learning, and the satisfaction of creating distinctive baked goods from scratch.

What You Will Do

• Prepare a variety of bakery items including croissants, sourdough loaves, buns, and other baked products.
• Make pastry items such as cookies, cakes, desserts, and decorative cake finishes.
• Try out new recipes, flavor combinations, and baking methods to expand the menu.
• Maintain consistent product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Collaborate with a small team that is committed to food quality and craftsmanship.

What We Are Looking For

• Practical, hands-on experience in baking.
• Good understanding of baking basics and production workflows.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, dependability, and accuracy.
• A curious and energetic approach, with genuine enthusiasm for the baking craft.

Preferred Background

• Culinary course certification is preferred.
• Experience in bakery and pastry preparation is preferred.
