This position is responsible for leading sales performance and field execution for a designated area in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.   • Ensure Medical Executives and Medical Trainees are recruited and onboarded on time and according to company norms so sales activity is not interrupted.

  • Support the rollout of company initiatives by directing and assisting team members in execution.
  • Share market inputs on trends, competitor moves, and promotional activity to support informed business decisions.
  • Resolve team issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to line managers or head office when required.
