Role Overview

This opportunity is for a skilled and meticulous Architect to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The role involves supporting projects from early concept development through schematic and design development, while working closely with internal specialists and outside consultants to deliver strong architectural outcomes. The ideal professional brings a passion for design, solid technical capability, and the ability to manage deliverables in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts and develop them through the design development phase.
• Produce drawings, design packages, and presentation materials for project use.
• Work in coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants during the design process.
• Make sure design work aligns with project briefs, local authority rules, and applicable building regulations.
• Take part in client meetings, design workshops, and presentation sessions.
• Help prepare submission documents and technical packages for authority approvals.
• Support project managers in meeting deadlines and overall deliverables.
• Check drawings and manage design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation when needed.
• Keep up with current design trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability-focused practices.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Between 4 and 8 years of professional experience in an architectural consultancy environment.
• Exposure to residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, or master planning assignments is preferred.
• A strong grasp of design principles, construction methods, and local regulatory requirements is necessary.
• Prior GCC experience is considered a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• SketchUp
• Rhino, preferred
• Visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or comparable software
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with AI-based design and productivity tools is an added benefit
