The company focuses on clinical laboratory instruments and in vitro diagnostic reagents, backed by dedicated teams across reagents research and development, instruments research and development, production, and sales and marketing.
Role Overview
This position is based in Hyderabad and is centered on customer application support, product training, field visits, and marketing-related activities for the company’s diagnostic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer application issues and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Deliver product application training to customers.
- Regularly visit clients and share customer feedback with the sales manager.
- Support marketing initiatives such as academic conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants should have more than 5 years of experience in application support or other technical roles within the IVD sector.
- Prior exposure to immunology is preferred.
- English should be usable as a working language.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle pressure are important.
