Toloka Annotators brings together curious, capable people from across the globe to complete freelance online tasks that help train and refine artificial intelligence systems. The platform works on Generative AI initiatives with leading technology innovators, aiming to improve AI by involving real people in the development process.
Role Summary
As an AI Trainer / annotator, you may be invited to join online projects that involve rating AI-created outputs, checking factual correctness, or comparing different responses, depending on project availability.
Responsibilities
- Examine supplied data carefully, including text, images, and videos.
- Assign labels or categories according to the project instructions.
- Spot and mark content that is incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or difficult to interpret.
Work Model
This is project-based freelance work, so tasks are offered only when active projects are available. Depending on your profile and current openings, you may be invited to participate in one or more projects.
Compensation
Pay varies by project according to its scope and the level of expertise required. For this opportunity, AI trainers can earn up to the hourly equivalent of USD 23.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in any professional role is needed.
- English proficiency must be advanced (C1 or above) in both written and spoken form.
- You should be able to think logically, verify facts, and reason through information.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions are essential.
- You need good communication skills, including comfort asking clarifying questions when needed.
