Role overview

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to define the product direction for one of SuperHive’s product squads and work closely with a dedicated engineering team. In this role, you will decide what the squad should build and the reasons behind it, create and test ideas directly using modern AI tools, and help advance the platform through your squad’s output.

This role suits someone who plans in quarters rather than sprints, is equally confident in customer conversations and model evaluation work, and has a strong bias toward shipping real products.

What you will do

• Own quarterly product strategy for your squad so it stays aligned with SuperHive’s platform direction and the broader construction lifecycle it supports.
• Convert the needs of master developers, project owners, contractors, and regulators into clear priorities and well-defined product specifications.
• Build early prototypes yourself using agents and leading AI models, including scoping the use case, creating evaluation methods, testing end to end, and only then passing it to engineering.
• Work with the customer engagement team on design-partner co-builds and decide when a client-specific solution should become a scalable platform feature.
• Represent your squad with customers through demos, requirements workshops, conversion analysis, and post-engagement reviews.
• Contribute as part of a close cross-squad product group to keep the overall platform consistent and connected.

What you should bring

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including 2 or more years building AI-native products such as LLM or agent systems, applied machine learning solutions, computer vision, or similar technologies.
• Practical experience with modern AI tools, including prompting frontier models, interpreting evaluations, and assessing model outputs critically.
• Solid technical judgement, with the ability to prototype ideas in code or no-code tools without depending on engineering support.
• A record of delivering B2B or enterprise products, preferably for users with specialised domain needs and complex existing software environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce specifications that are clear enough for a client to approve and an engineer to implement.
• Comfort working in a small senior team that offers high autonomy and frequent direct exposure to customers.

Nice to have

• Experience working in construction-tech or AEC software companies such as Autodesk, Trimble, Bentley Systems, Speckle, Snaptrude, BIMCollab, Solibri, Qonic, Motif, or a similar business.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or large infrastructure domains, especially around BIM, scheduling, cost, compliance, or document intelligence.
• Exposure to enterprise CDE platforms such as Autodesk ACC or BIM 360, Procore, Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, or SharePoint.
• Background in forward-deployed work or design-partner collaborations.
• Arabic language ability and familiarity with the GCC market.

How we work

• The role is hybrid with a strong on-site preference in the UAE. The company is built by a small senior team working together in person, and most of the PM pod is based in the UAE. Remote arrangements may be considered for outstanding candidates.
• The team operates in an AI-native way by default. Meetings are digitised, knowledge and work artifacts are organised with an agent-first approach, and Claude Cowork is part of daily operations. Working alongside agents is a normal part of the job.
• The role sits within a squad but is coordinated across squads, with close collaboration with the Head of Product and peer product managers.
• You will have direct access to executives at leading master developers and project owners across the Gulf.
