Overview
This contract role is for an AI Evaluation Specialist working remotely from Canada. The position focuses on assessing AI-created content and experiences, with compensation ranging from $22 to $70 per hour. The expected workload is 10 to 40 hours each week.
What You'll Do
- Carefully review AI-produced outputs and judge them for quality, clarity, usefulness, and the overall experience they deliver to users.
- Spot gaps, inconsistencies, and areas that could be improved across different kinds of content and visual outputs.
- Use defined evaluation standards to give thoughtful, detailed feedback that can help improve the model.
- Work with teams across functions to shape and update quality benchmarks, scoring rules, and review methods.
- Keep evaluations accurate and consistent so the results are dependable and can be acted on.
- Help improve evaluation processes and strengthen best practices over time.
Requirements
- Native-level English ability at C1 or C2.
- Strong reading comprehension with careful attention to detail.
- Sharp observational ability and strong editorial or aesthetic judgment.
- The ability to think critically and stay consistent when situations are unclear.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Additional Information
