About the role

This position focuses on post-sales account execution rather than selling. The Account Manager will handle customer order planning, logistics coordination, and other support services that help ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role calls for a strong background in manufacturing execution, supply chain coordination, and support for enterprise clients, with preference for experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or packaging.

Key responsibilities

  • Support quarterly business review sessions with current customers.
  • Manage creation of sales orders after the sale for billing and shipment purposes.
  • Partner with the IT team to create customer reports and ensure their quality remains high.
  • Internally communicate customer requirement changes based on client specifications.
  • Keep clients informed about updates to product specifications and related process changes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to plan and execute orders by giving visibility into incoming wafers, guiding order execution priorities, sharing WIP status, ship-out plans, and finished goods details, arranging customer wafers to meet demand, managing forecasts/AOP/customer shipment needs, addressing customer queries and complaints, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or Project/Supply Chain Management is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience leading customer service for enterprise-level clients.
  • Demonstrated success in client engagement, upselling, and delivering strong execution results.
  • A working understanding of manufacturing expectations, along with the willingness to learn technical details and customer needs, is essential.
  • Team leadership and people management experience will be an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate with customers and internal engineering, production, logistics, sales, and planning teams.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
