Role overview
An established multi-family office in London is looking for an Analyst to work closely with Senior Client Advisors. The position combines client servicing, business development support, and day-to-day operational coordination. It is an early-career opportunity designed for someone with around 1 to 3 years of experience in private banking, investment management, or a similar financial services setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, client-facing presentations, and other business development collateral.
- Update and oversee the firm’s CRM records, maintaining data quality and using AI-based insights and automation where useful.
- Help produce client communications, investment materials, presentations, and reporting documents.
- Deliver administrative and business management support to the client team, including project coordination, reporting tasks, and internal process support.
Experience and skills
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, or comparable internship exposure.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Exposure to AI tools and automation solutions that improve efficiency and workflow.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
