Role overview
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Sahah Naturals, you will help keep day-to-day warehouse activity running smoothly. The position centers on receiving incoming goods, preparing outbound orders to match customer needs, and keeping the facility structured, efficient, and easy to operate. A key part of the role is making sure inventory moves correctly and that shipments are handled accurately and on time.
Warehouse management
- Manage warehouse organization and overall stock flow.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Restock picking areas and keep inventory levels balanced where needed.
- Keep storage racks well utilized to make the best use of available space.
- Rotate stock appropriately to support proper inventory handling.
- Receive goods, count items, and verify deliveries.
- Make sure pallet locations are clearly marked.
- Wrap pallets and move them using a reach truck or forklift.
- Complete a full inventory count once every month.
Supervision and communication
- Lead and monitor the shipping and receiving team.
- Issue order pick sheets to the team.
- Check picked orders to confirm accuracy before dispatch.
- Join weekly team meetings.
- Attend weekly planning sessions.
- Coordinate with operations to help the warehouse run without interruptions.
Order processing and shipping
- Print labels for products, cartons, and pallets as required.
- Load carriers and complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Prepare shipment plans.
- Look for ongoing ways to improve warehouse processes.
Other duties
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Slack.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to stay on top of multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Working hours
This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
