Warehouse Specialist

Job Overview

This role is for a careful and dependable warehouse professional who will help keep day-to-day storage and dispatch activities running smoothly. The position involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, keeping stock arranged properly, and making sure inventory data stays accurate while the workspace remains safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept incoming deliveries, check them carefully, and confirm they match the shipment details.
• Prepare items for dispatch by picking, packing, and getting orders ready to send out.
• Use warehouse tools and equipment as required for daily operations.
• Update inventory records accurately and flag any shortages, mismatches, or other stock issues.
• Store materials in an orderly way and maintain proper stock placement.
• Carry out routine stock checks and inventory verification activities.
• Keep the warehouse compliant with safety practices and maintain a tidy, organized work area.
• Support the loading and unloading of trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate with teammates to help achieve daily output and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification is required.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English, including speaking and writing.
• No previous work experience is needed.
• Candidates must be eligible for the Tamheer Program.
