Stellenbeschreibung

About the Company

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is among Australia’s newest lithium producers, operating the Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia. The site is a major-tier asset with more than 20 years of mine life, and the business is advancing through a staged underground expansion. As the Northwest Flats orebody develops and infrastructure work ramps up, a dedicated project team is being built to support the next stage of growth.

The Role

This position reports to the Warehousing Superintendent and is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse at Kathleen Valley. The role focuses on managing stock, coordinating the receipt and movement of materials and equipment, and keeping site operations supplied efficiently.

It is a practical, hands-on position suited to someone who is well organised, attentive to safety, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities.

Key Duties

  • Keep stock records accurate, monitor inventory movement, carry out regular cycle counts, and apply controls that help maintain healthy stock levels while minimising waste.
  • Handle inbound and outbound goods by ensuring documentation is correct, checking quality on receipt, and coordinating timely distribution to departments and site teams with logistics support.
  • Complete internal material requests and ensure the supply of equipment and consumables by working closely with procurement teams.
  • Arrange the warehouse for efficient storage and easy access, while maintaining compliance with safety procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Carry out manual handling and put-away tasks safely and in line with site procedures and industry expectations.
  • Look after warehouse equipment such as forklifts and material-handling tools, including routine inspections and repair coordination when required.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants from a range of industries will be considered. Experience in warehousing, stores, or logistics is acceptable from any sector, while exposure to mining or heavy industry will be viewed favourably.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics role.
  • Hands-on use of ERP and inventory systems such as SAP or Pronto; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • A valid forklift licence (LF) and a Western Australia C Class driver’s licence.
  • Strong planning and multitasking ability, with a steady focus on accuracy under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • FIFO experience, plus a diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, would be beneficial.
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, National Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol screening.
