Role overview

SALILLARI Sh.p.k is hiring a Warehouse Accountant in Durrës. The role focuses on accurate recording, verification, and control of warehouse-related financial and stock movements, ensuring that physical stock and accounting records remain aligned at all times.

Key duties

  • Enter all purchase invoices received into the warehouse on the same day they are received.
  • Compare incoming goods against the purchase invoice, take responsibility for checking quantities, and prepare a discrepancy report for the Finance Manager and the supplier if differences are found.
  • Record each item card in the financial system and complete every field with the correct information.
  • Handle transfers of items to company sites carefully and make sure the related documentation is completed accurately in line with company rules.
  • Process item withdrawals from the warehouse only after receiving an official request.
  • Maintain a warehouse log for all tools and equipment taken for use, including the names involved and the destination of the items.
  • Monitor stock levels so that no item balance becomes negative.
  • Be responsible for documenting every warehouse movement of materials and items.
  • Ensure the quantities in accounting records and physical stock always match.
  • Track item movement both physically and within the financial software.
  • Take part in company inventory counts.
  • Carry out any other task assigned based on the company’s urgent needs.
