Overview
MECCA is looking for a part-time, fixed-term VM Digital Coordinator based in Richmond, Victoria. This role works four days per week through to September 2027 and reports to the Visual Merchandising Manager for Promotional Campaigns.
The position focuses on delivering engaging digital storytelling across the store network. You will help translate campaigns into in-store screen content through planning, coordination, and strong operational execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the digital promotional calendar for the retail network.
- Plan and roll out digital content for campaigns, activations, and new store launches.
- Prepare briefs, timelines, and workflows to support collaboration across teams.
- Load, schedule, update, and improve digital assets in CMS tools.
- Assist stores with digital VM questions and provide support during campaign launches and busy trading periods.
What you should bring
- Hands-on experience coordinating digital content, campaign delivery, or visual merchandising activity across several touchpoints.
- A solid grasp of digital processes, milestone planning, and cross-functional briefing.
- Experience working with CMS platforms to publish and manage content.
- Capability with Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of After Effects and Media Encoder.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Retail experience in a fast-moving environment will be viewed favourably.
