Role summary

Core duties
- Handle reservation and booking requests with accuracy and care.

- Send prompt confirmations and status updates to clients.
- Maintain booking logs, records, and related correspondence.
- Support an efficient and orderly reservation process.
Requirements

- Ability to work on your own and consistently meet deadlines.
- Comfort using online platforms, systems, and digital tools.
Preferred background
