Role Overview
This opportunity is for an US IT Staffing Coordinator position in Hyderabad with an initial 60-day internship phase. The training period is designed to build practical knowledge of the US hiring process. If performance targets are met after the internship, the role moves into a permanent full-time employment arrangement.
Internship Details
- Training period: 60 days
- Stipend during training: Unpaid
- Incentive opportunity: INR 30,000 to 35,000 based on successful placements

Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle for a range of IT roles in the US staffing market.
- Find and shortlist candidates using job boards, professional networks, and internal talent databases.
- Carry out first-round interviews to evaluate technical capability, communication ability, and overall fit.
- Maintain coordination between clients and candidates so interview scheduling and closures happen smoothly.
Working Schedule
The job is based on a night shift model, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM. The workweek runs from Monday through Friday, and weekends are off on Saturday and Sunday.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Only female applicants are being considered.
- Applicants should hold a B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any bachelor’s degree.
- Strong spoken and written communication is essential.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and the US staffing domain is important.

The workplace is office-based at 43/A, MLA Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, India.
