Role Summary

The Travel Administrator will assist employees with bookings, itinerary support, travel policy compliance, expense processing, and corporate card administration.   • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline is required; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • At least 4 years of experience in corporate travel, expense administration, or a shared services environment is needed.
  • Hands-on experience with a travel or expense management platform such as Concur is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the software industry is mandatory.
  • Must be willing and able to work US business hours in a shift-based model from India.
  • Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
  • Experience with T&E card administration is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement/expense systems is preferred.
