Role overview

This fixed-term, full-time Trainer position is based in Auckland and sits within the Operations and Service Delivery (OSD) Learning Delivery team. The role focuses on helping staff succeed through consistently delivered learning solutions that align with best practice and national standards.

What you will do

  • Deliver approved operational learning sessions for groups, individuals, and just-in-time support in line with agreed standards and learning pathways for OSD teams.
  • Provide learning support through in-person, virtual, and digital channels.
  • Design and maintain learning spaces that support adult learning and participation.
  • Carry out evaluation work during and after training sessions to assess effectiveness.
  • Help create learning materials and support tools for managers and staff.
  • Contribute to the design of training structures, policies, processes, and workplace support systems that improve facilitation outcomes.
  • Review data and prepare reports to support training decisions and continuous improvement.

How you will work

You will work closely with learning designers and Technical Coaches to keep learning products aligned, improve the delivery experience, and ensure smooth support for learners. Some travel will be part of the role.
