Role overview
This position focuses on driving digital transformation and product-related initiatives for assigned business areas. The role requires working closely with stakeholders and leadership teams to turn business challenges into practical digital solutions, while ensuring governance, quality, and strategic alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital transformation plans that support business objectives and create measurable impact.
- Work with stakeholders to convert complex business needs into digital solutions and product ideas.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities where digital tools can streamline processes and improve responsiveness.
- Oversee the planning, building, and delivery of technology solutions for assigned products, keeping them aligned with business strategy.
- Promote innovation by leading ideation sessions, proof-of-concept work, and blueprint development to speed up adoption of digital solutions.
- Spot risks and issues early during product and project work, and escalate or resolve them in a timely manner.
- Follow organizational frameworks and governance requirements while improving performance and productivity outcomes.
- Build domain expertise, contribute to team objectives, and support project management activities for smooth execution.
Qualifications and experience
A graduation degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required. An MBA is preferred. Additional certification such as ICAgile Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) is also preferred.
