The role covers everyday tenancy management, helping strengthen community connection, supporting tenant wellbeing, keeping properties well cared for, managing tenancy closure processes, and taking early action to support sustainable debt management.
What you will bring

- Strong capability in maintaining records, handling accounts, and producing reports; experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, show empathy, and adjust your style for different people and situations.
- Confidence in resolving conflict and building trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A demonstrated understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori, along with a genuine commitment to these principles.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage several responsibilities at once.
- The ability to work independently, follow established processes closely, and stay effective under pressure.
- A clean, current full New Zealand driver licence.
What’s on offer
- The chance to make a real difference for tenants and their families.
- A supportive workplace where your contribution is recognised and appreciated.
- A competitive remuneration and benefits package.
- Access to professional development that supports your growth and career progression.
- The opportunity to work with a team focused on creating positive community impact.
