Role summary
This position is for an individual contributor working with limited oversight. The role calls for practical subject matter knowledge and the ability to interpret specific production needs before applying the right tools and methods. The primary focus is to support manufacturing operations.
Core responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, calibrate, and run machines and related equipment in line with production schedules and required quality benchmarks.
- Track production activity closely and respond to process issues as they arise.
- Investigate technical faults in the product line or process and resolve them quickly to keep rejection rates low.
Qualifications
A technical diploma or equivalent qualification is required. The role also calls for at least 2 years of relevant experience.
