About the Role
INFUSE Academy is expanding and is looking for a strategic, growth-minded Team Lead for Learning and Development to join its collaborative remote team. The role focuses on keeping instructional design work organized, helping the team move efficiently, and making sure learning projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

The learning function at INFUSE Academy develops internal and external online education designed to create practical business impact. The team works with self-paced, asynchronous e-learning formats, supported by AI-powered tools and immersive learning simulators. The approach is experimental, story-driven, and focused on building engaging learning experiences rather than simply completing checklists.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate learning design projects with instructional designers so timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables stay on track in a positive team environment.
- Break project plans into actionable tasks, assign ownership, and monitor progress across the team.
- Act as the central contact for internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations throughout the project.
- Track reviews and approvals, following up proactively to keep work moving without delays.
- Support people-management activities such as project allocation, capacity tracking, and raising blockers when needed.
- Handle a limited portfolio of your own e-learning assignments in an instructional designer capacity.
- Support communication around training launches and create clear, engaging messaging for internal and client-facing audiences.
- Help improve team processes so collaboration becomes easier and operations can scale more effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a mid- or senior-level instructional design role, or a similar position within learning and development.
- At least 1 year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management in learning or a related field.
- Strong comfort with AI tools; experience building custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability, including experience supporting team change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Very well organized, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Flexible enough to adapt plans when priorities change.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to keep work progressing while maintaining a supportive environment.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
