Talent Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Operations Manager to take ownership of the full hiring lifecycle, improve recruitment operations, and support talent acquisition across several business areas. This position focuses on building efficient systems for a distributed team and helping the organization hire more effectively at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine hiring workflows that make sourcing, selection, and onboarding more efficient and scalable.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to shape recruitment plans that match business priorities.
• Review recruitment data and hiring performance indicators to find bottlenecks and reduce the time needed to fill roles.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools, including their setup, ongoing use, and upkeep.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and external vendors to support cost-efficient hiring operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics platforms.
• Ability to use data to improve recruitment processes and make informed decisions.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of compliance considerations in international hiring.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and outside partners.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote opportunity that can be performed from anywhere. The compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $110,000 per year. The position offers exposure to advanced recruitment technology, distributed-team operations, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-growing technology environment.
