Role Overview

The Talent Assistant will support the Talent leadership team with administrative and executional work across creator campaigns, brand partnerships, and internal workflows. This position is ideal for someone interested in the creator economy who wants practical exposure to influencer campaigns from planning through completion.

Talent Assistants help keep workstreams organized, communication flowing, and internal records accurate so Talent Managers can continue delivering strong support to creators and brand partners. Responsibilities

  • Assist Talent Managers with daily campaign operations, including distributing creative briefs, placing calendar reminders, monitoring deadlines, following up on deliverables, and helping keep campaigns on track.
  • Act as a communication link between creators, brands, and internal stakeholders by sharing timely updates, confirming details clearly, and maintaining a professional tone across email, Slack, and related channels.
  • Manage campaign materials and reporting requirements such as content submissions, live links, screenshots, performance metrics, post-campaign records, and brand or creator assets.
  • Prepare, send, track, and organize contracts, campaign paperwork, brand assets, and internal documents using company templates, shared folders, and internal systems.
  • Keep campaign data current in tools such as Monday.com, Pillar, Google Suite, and similar platforms to support visibility, reporting, compliance, and invoicing.
  • Handle operational details including PR mailers, product deliveries, creator gifts, and other administrative tasks tied to campaigns.
  • Provide adaptable administrative support as priorities shift, including attending internal meetings and stepping in where needed to keep work moving.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, social media, marketing, or a comparable administrative support function.
  • Strong organizational ability, careful attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines and moving parts simultaneously.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills across email, Slack, video meetings, and internal platforms, with the ability to represent the company well to creators, brands, and teammates.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving creator-facing setting where schedules and priorities may change outside a standard work pattern when needed.
  • Self-starter mindset with flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach; able to take direction, ask clarifying questions, and complete tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Strong interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, social media, and digital brand partnerships.
  • Experience using project management tools, Google Suite, Monday.com, or similar software is preferred.
