This position is for a Talent Agent in the influencer talent agency division. The role focuses on representing and managing the careers of social media influencers while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is positive, highly creative, self-driven, and able to juggle several responsibilities at once. A strong understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent representation, contract negotiations, and the influencer landscape is essential, along with an established network of creators and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure prominent influencers who are seeking business representation and career support.
• Act on behalf of leading social media personalities and manage the commercial side of their brands.
• Develop and pursue brand partnership opportunities for individual talent as well as for the agency overall.
• Keep track of trends and developments in influencer marketing.
• Explore additional opportunities for talent, including TV and film casting, early access partnerships for new apps, and collaborations with other major influencers.
• Support the planning and delivery of growth strategies for influencers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in talent management or talent representation for social media influencers and/or celebrities.
• A university degree or comparable professional experience.
• A well-established network of social media influencers and other talent.
• More than 2 years of professional experience managing brand partnerships and talent, ideally within an agency setting.

Compensation and benefits

The annual base salary for this role is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000. The final offer will depend on the interview process and will be assessed by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill match, and expected contribution using consistent and objective criteria.
