Role Summary
This is a full-time remote position for a Talent Agent in the entertainment sector. The role focuses on representing artists and handling relationships with clients across the live events industry. Core work includes promoting artists to venues, negotiating compensation and contract terms, and coordinating booking logistics. The agent will stay in regular contact with performers and buyers, maintain accurate records of agreements, identify new business prospects, and work with internal colleagues on marketing and promotional efforts. Success in the role requires independent execution, consistent achievement of sales and booking goals, and a professional standard of service for both talent and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent artists and manage ongoing relationships with clients across the live entertainment market.

Qualifications

- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple calendars, projects, and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Background in sales, business development, or account management in entertainment, live events, or a related field.
- Ability to research the market, identify fresh opportunities, and evaluate prospective clients or venues.
- Comfort using remote collaboration tools and CRM or booking systems, along with email and standard office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a respectful, inclusive approach to working with diverse partners.
- Previous work in a talent agency, artist management, venue booking, or similar entertainment role is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts Management, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
