Overview
We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a growing team in Qatar. The role focuses on end-to-end hiring, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and placing talent across hospitality, food and beverage, and lifestyle businesses.
What you will do
- Handle recruitment activities across the full hiring cycle, from sourcing through offer closure.
- Recruit for roles within the hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle sectors.
- Use ERP and HRMS-based recruitment tools to manage hiring workflows.
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the process.
- Work effectively in a high-pace environment with large recruitment volumes.
What we are looking for
- Solid prior experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.
- Background in hiring for hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle industries.
- Practical experience with ERP/HRMS recruitment platforms.
- Strong stakeholder handling and communication abilities.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, high-volume hiring situations.
- Availability to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar and work onsite.
