Role Summary
This on-site, full-time position in Leesburg, GA, is responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for a variety of clinical and non-clinical openings. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build effective sourcing plans, and move candidates through a smooth and timely hiring journey.
The role also includes tracking applicants accurately, coordinating job offers and onboarding steps, supporting hiring compliance, and helping strengthen employer reputation and long-term talent pipelines. Continuous improvement of recruitment practices is also a key part of the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offer coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role needs and create targeted hiring approaches.
- Manage candidate progress efficiently to support a fast, high-quality hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and related HR systems.
- Coordinate offer letters and onboarding-related activities.
- Ensure hiring practices align with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support employer branding efforts and help build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to strengthen recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Ability to work with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop practical recruiting strategies.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and basic reporting tools.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organization and time management for handling several requisitions and deadlines at once.
- Working knowledge of employment regulations, hiring standards, and compliance expectations in healthcare or similar regulated settings.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare or a complex multi-site organization is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
