Supply Chain Finance Manager

Role Overview

This role is focused on building and leading supply chain finance, business controls, and analytics across the organization. It covers financial governance for procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and wider supply chain activities, with a strong emphasis on control, compliance, profitability, and cost discipline.

The position acts as the connection point between Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and business stakeholders, converting operational activity into clear financial insights that support informed decisions.

Financial Planning and Profitability

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss statements.
• Build and analyze P&L views by category, business unit, SKU, and channel.
• Track gross margin performance and identify areas where margin is being lost.
• Perform variance analysis versus budgets and targets.
• Share profitability insights that help guide business decisions.

Costing and Commercial Analysis

• Manage end-to-end SKU costing and product cost build-up.
• Check and validate BOM costs, landed cost calculations, packaging costs, conversion costs, and procurement cost updates.
• Review and validate MRP and pricing structures.
• Assess the profitability impact of new launches, packaging changes, cost escalations, and vendor shifts.
• Support commercial decisions with structured financial analysis.

Supply Chain Cost Control

• Monitor costs related to procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and packaging.
• Track major cost drivers and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Measure logistics cost as a share of sales.
• Contribute to cost-reduction and operational efficiency initiatives.
