Role overview

Core responsibilities

Qualifications

• Solid background in supply chain management and operations, with hands-on responsibility for end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to coordinate production planning and align schedules with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in procurement, including evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and monitoring vendor performance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret operational data, improve process outcomes, and guide strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex workstreams in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
• Exposure to automotive, luxury goods, or a similar high-value niche sector is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or certifications such as CSCP or CPSM are an added advantage.
