Role Summary
The Supervisor - RCM will lead revenue cycle management activities, support team performance, coordinate with internal stakeholders and help drive quality, training and process improvement across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely records of claims-related data.
- Share data with the Team Liaison within the required timelines.
- Support achievement of performance goals while helping build a productive team environment in the Network Intelligence group.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as Team Liaisons, US Team Leads, supervisors, managers and directors.
- Work with the team to spot opportunities for improving processes.
- Track, analyze and report team performance, and support team incentive initiatives.
- Conduct or support training sessions for new joiners and ongoing learning needs.
- Work with leadership to support department revenue targets and business goals.
- Provide management with feedback on training outcomes at both individual and group levels.
- Update training content whenever revisions are needed.
- Review quality results regularly to identify recurring errors and patterns.
- Investigate root causes of defects and recommend actions to reduce them.
- Create improvement plans for the department and for individual team members.
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
- Follow the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any business-driven directives, including transfers, reassignments, shift changes, work-location changes, flexible work arrangements and similar operational changes at the company’s discretion.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5 years of collections experience in areas of RCM such as infusion, patient collections, ambulatory or professional claims, along with hospital billing exposure.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AR follow-up and denial management.
- At least 2 years of team-handling experience, including leading a team of 15 or more.
- Practical experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management, especially AR calling and denial management.
- Background in the US healthcare industry.
- Experience with people management, performance management and client management.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good reporting and MIS capabilities.
- Ability to handle onshore customers independently.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and on Indian holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma knowledge, certification or formal training is preferred.
- Transition experience will be an added advantage.

This position is based in Noida, India. Candidates should be prepared for a full-time onsite role and must be comfortable with the working conditions mentioned above.
